Ok ladies I been noticing lots of 20 inches or better of long silky weave extentions. I remember back when I was in school I got picked on for wearing long weave down my back. They called it witch hair now im 25 years old and natural all the same girls who was talking bout me is wearing the long weave trying to look like the girls they see in the music videos and on tv shows. We as black woman dont have to play a part to be noticed we are all beautiful and very much desired without the destruction of the hair care I see running around. Now its ok to rock a weave for protective styles but do it right. Dont relax your hair dont leave that lil piece out and flat iron it to death dont leave it in for months without taking care of your beautiful crown underneath the weave. Im not saying braids are bad but micro braids are the devil trust me I know I wore them my whole pregnancy and yes it grew my hair but also made it weak and damaged and my edges forget about it they were gone, finished, but hey I learned my lesson "right"nope I went and got them again for my wedding day terrible decision so here I was two months after my wedding day taking my micros out and noticed my hair was gone and paper thin. So thats when my transitioning journey began. I will rock a fro, a twist out, a braid out, a sow in (protective style) what ever I feel like doing but know this my hair dont make me I make her I AM NOT MY HAIR...
