HAIR VITAMINS now what I suggest for a woman with a budget is biotin and prenatal pills now biotin comes in different dosages from 100mgs to 10.000mgs I suggest you take a small dose first and work your way up to the high dose because biotin sometimes break you out in lots of pimples. Prenatal pills are not just for pregnant women it has loads of vitamins that we need everyday and is a cost efficient way to get what you need you can find these at your local drug stores

OILS now castor oil such as jamacian black castor oil and regular laxative castor oil will do wonders for hair growth the difference is in price texture and smells jamacian black castor oil is dark and has a strong smell and a little more costly and regular laxative castor oil is clear with no smell and thicker and way cheaper you can find (jbco) at your local beauty Supply store and regular laxative castor oil at your local grocery are drug store. OLIVE OIL and COCONUT OIL this is something you can find at your grocery store its cost efficient and it will deep penitrat into your scalp and all of  these oils are great for stimulating growth and can be used as hot oil treatments

HOT OIL TREATMENTS great way to promote growth and to soften up new growth put your oils of choice all on your scalp seal it with a plastic cap and leave in for 15 minutes then rinse with warm water and style

NIGHT TIME ROUTINE keep your hair wraped at night in a silk bonnet or scarf tou can also sleep on a satin pillow. cotton pillow cases and scarfs will dry your hair out and suck all the moisture out your hair and that is what we dont want to happen
